The 2:00pm Cut-Off
Orders placed and confirmed (payment received) before 2:00pm on Monday through Saturday are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2:00pm or on Sundays are dispatched the next business day. This timeline applies to all in-stock items in our standard catalogue.
How We Process Your Order
Once payment is confirmed, our fulfilment team picks and packs your order within the hour. Each item is quality-checked, packaged securely to prevent damage in transit, and handed to our courier partner by early afternoon.
Tracking Your Parcel
You'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email as soon as your parcel is collected. Most deliveries within Klang Valley arrive the next day; outstation deliveries typically take 2–4 business days depending on your location.
Custom Orders and Bundles
Bundle Deals and Custom Orders may require additional preparation time. Our team will confirm the dispatch timeline with you directly via WhatsApp before you complete payment, so there are never any surprises.
What If There's a Delay?
While delays are rare, they do happen — especially during peak festive seasons. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, WhatsApp us immediately. We track every parcel and will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
