What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online bank transfer (IBG/FPX), DuitNow QR, credit and debit cards, and cash on delivery for selected areas. You can also pay via WhatsApp by requesting an invoice link directly from our team.

How long does delivery take?

Same-day dispatch is available for orders confirmed before 2:00pm on weekdays. Delivery within Klang Valley typically takes 1–2 business days. Outstation (Peninsular Malaysia) takes 2–4 business days. East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) takes 5–7 business days.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

We offer same-day dispatch (not same-day delivery). Your order leaves our facility on the same day you place it (before 2pm cut-off). Actual delivery timing depends on your courier partner and location. For urgent requests in Klang Valley, WhatsApp us to discuss priority options.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp. We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was described. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Do you ship nationwide in Malaysia?

Yes, we ship to all states in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Shipping rates vary by destination and parcel weight. For bulk or heavy orders, WhatsApp us for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.

How do I place a custom order?

Are your products covered by warranty?

Warranty coverage varies by product category. Category B and C products typically carry a supplier warranty of 3–12 months. Details are provided with each product listing and on the delivery note included in your parcel. Contact us via WhatsApp to check warranty status for any specific item.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this number on the courier's website to track your parcel in real time. If you haven't received your tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
